CAPE CHARLES, Va. — St. Charles Borromeo Catholic Church will once again bring Bavarian tradition to Virginia’s Eastern Shore with its annual Oktoberfest celebration, set for Sunday, October 12, from 1 to 5 p.m. at 545 Randolph Avenue in Cape Charles.
The family-friendly event will feature live music, including an oompah band, along with authentic German food, beer and wine, children’s games, artisan and craft vendors, and both a raffle and silent auction.
All proceeds will go toward supporting the church, a 139-year-old historic landmark in Cape Charles.
Tickets range from $5 to $40 and can be purchased in advance through Eventbrite at this link. A limited number of tickets will also be available at the gate.
