CHERITON, Va. — Antique lovers from across the region will gather later this month for the A Is for Antiques Biannual Antiques Show, taking place Friday, October 24 through Sunday, October 26 from 10 a.m. to 5 p.m. daily. The event will be held in the open field at the intersection of Route 13 and North Bayside Road in Cheriton.
The show, a long-standing tradition on Virginia’s Eastern Shore, will feature a wide array of vintage furniture, collectibles, glassware, jewelry, and other treasures from regional dealers. In case of inclement weather, the event’s rain dates are scheduled for October 31 through November 2.
Event organizers are currently seeking dealers and runners to participate. Dealers can find information about booth sizes, rates, and setup details by scanning the registration QR code or visiting the event’s website, aisforantiqueshow.com.
Runners—who assist patrons by transporting their purchases to vehicles—are also encouraged to apply. The position offers an opportunity to work for tips while being part of one of the Shore’s most anticipated community events.
For more information or to register, contact Bridgette Whitbeck at 518-698-1200 or visit A Is for Antiques at 21223 N. Bayside Road, Cheriton.
