Mason Avenue recently experienced an unexpected disruption that left residents and businesses in the dark. Somebody forgot to call Miss Utility.
The disruption occurred when a contractor was engaged in construction work along Mason Avenue. During the course of their activities, a utility line was accidentally damaged, triggering a power outage that affected a significant portion of the street. The incident happened unexpectedly, leaving no time for residents and businesses to prepare.
The Cape Charles Public Works staff worked with the contractor to make the repairs.

Explain - what was better back then and what is bothering you about now. Be specific.
Damn shame what you people have done to Cape Charles.
Common sense is often overruled by profits, commericial interests, cart rentals, etc. The town must also "appear" to be "concerned"…
If they had any common sense, they would know that golf carts belong on golf courses.
You're right Thomas. The developers and their "friends" are cashing in and pretty much control the future of the Shore.
