Seen this morning on Bayside Road! I believe the dog is female. She is in very rough shape – you can see her ribs and has wounds that need tending. A bit skittish – could not get close enough to check collar. A broken and frayed lead is still attached to collar. Please share. I was able to get dog in truck. He is really a nice boy. He is in rough shape due to being neglected.
Animal control took him to the shelter. If anyone knows the owner, please tell them where he is. He is really a sweetheart. I wish I had seen this post earlier, I would have taken him to vet in CC.

If pets are neglected they should not be returned to their owners. The poor thing.
