Dolphin Finds a Place in the Sun

After suffering at the hands of a grossly negligent and uncaring government, the Cape Charles Dolphin spent a traumatic winter season, broken and neglected next to town trash cans. In an ill-advised move (yes, yet another), the town decided to move the dolphin, and in the process, dropped and broke it. Yet, all is well again, as the dolphin has now been repaired and is once again gracing the Town’s boardwalk. If you look closely, you can see little footprints in the sand from all of the kids that gotten up and rode the dolphin…how many kids over the years have performed this old school rite of passage?
