Eastern Shore Rural Health System, Inc. has been named to the Winter 2025 Serve Virginia Honor Roll in recognition of its outstanding contributions that enhance the quality of life on the Eastern Shore of Virginia. Serve Virginia is a partnership between the Virginia Department of Social Services’ Virginia Service Commission and the Virginia Service Foundation. Serve Virginia connects volunteers with opportunities, training and resources across the state.
Serve Virginia celebrates the power of service and volunteerism to spark change, strengthen lives and produce lasting impacts in communities through its Serve Virginia Honor Roll. “This recognition is a testimony to the work of a great mission-driven team – both Board of Directors and staff – who work tirelessly to create a healthy Eastern Shore through access to quality care for all,” said Rural Health CEO Jeannette Edwards.
