The camp will take place August 7-11, 2017, 9:00 AM to 4:30 PM @ First Baptist Church Capeville in Cape Charles, VA.
The purpose of the NYCEO camp is to assist youth (boys and girls) between the ages of 12–16, face the challenges associated with maturing and making the transition from boys and girls to becoming productive young men and ladies.
There is no fee to participate in the camp. Breakfast and lunch will be provided. Transportation will be provided also. Various cultural and educational activities have been planned for each day. Some of the facilitators include the Northampton County Sheriff’s Office, First Baptist Church Capeville, Carnell Williams, Jr., Roncia Wynder, Edward Jones Investments, Willie Randall, Bay Creek Golf Club, Chesapeake Bay Bridge Tunnel District, Northampton County Public Schools, and the Sunset Beach Resort.
Registration forms are available and must be returned no later than July 31, 2017 to P. O. Box 526, Cape Charles, VA 23310. We encourage all participants who are interested in attending the camp to please register early as applications will be taken on a first come, first serve basis.
