A FOIA was received via email on November 22 from a law firm in Eastville asking for several sections of the police department policies/guidelines. The the town clerk’s office gathered the required information was provided it to the law firm on November 23.
An additional request received November 23 asking for fire inspection reports, open fire code violations, fire department response for HAZMAT spills, permits for above or underground storage tanks, and permits for thermal/explosive hazards for a property located in the Town. The request was forwarded to the Code Official. The town replied to the request on December 1.
