It is with immense sadness and a broken heart that we have to report that Foster the Brown Dog, the real Mayor and Ambassador of Cape Charles passed away this week.
Foster’s passing was announced on the Brown Dog Facebook page.
Our family has known this wonderful dog since he was a pup. Our dog Chloe, also a brown lab, romped with Foster on the old baseball fields as puppy friends.
We don’t have much to say except that we are heartbroken.
Goodbye, old friend.
Labs are beautiful and he was one of the best. He will definitly be missed!
