GIFFORDS PAC Endorses Missy Cotter Smasal in Virginia’s Second Congressional District 

VIRGINIA BEACH, VA – GIFFORDS PAC, an organization working to elect candidates who are dedicated to saving lives from gun violence, endorsed Missy Cotter Smasal’s campaign to represent Virginia’s Second Congressional District.
