The Historic District Review Board met and approved the following applications for work and modifications to homes in the Historic District:
- Certificate of Appropriateness to install a fence at 119 Fig Street
- Certificate of Appropriateness to install a fence at 240 Monroe Avenue
- Certificate of Appropriateness to screen in the front porch at 213 Madison Avenue
- Modification to a Certificate of Appropriateness to use different composite siding on lot 560 Randolph Avenue
- Modification to a Certificate of Appropriateness for rear addition size; to replace all existing siding with hardi-plank siding; & replace 2nd floor windows at 520 Randolph Avenue
- Pre-Application/Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a rear deck and to replace a window with a door at 516 Randolph Avenue
- Pre-Application/Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the front pergola, door, and windows and to construct a rear addition at 425 Mason Avenue
- Pre-Application/Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a 2-story detached garage at 602 Tazewell Avenue
- Pre-Application/Certificate of Appropriateness to demolish the existing shed and construct a 2-story detached garage at 410 Harbor Avenue/100 Madison Avenue
- Pre-Application/Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a 2-story single-family home at 542 Jefferson Avenue
- C-3 Pre-Application/Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a Club House on lots 26-29 on Randolph Avenue
The next step is for the Planning Commission review.
