With the announcement that Roberta Kellam was leaving the race, long resident and realtor Dave Kabler announced that he was throwing his hat into the ring for the District 4 Supervisor seat. Currently, Dixon Leatherbury is the only candidate on the ballot.

Kabler still needs the requisite number of signatures before he can formally be added to the ballot. Kabler’s team told the Mirror that he will be in his office in Cape Charles Monday and Tuesday if anyone wants to sign the petition.
Kabler’s office is located at Blue Heron Realty, 113 Mason Ave, Cape Charles.
