Land Group welcomes Collin Tokoshc as its newest Land Advisor

The Land Group is pleased to welcome Collin Tokoshc as its newest Land Advisor.  Collin’s focus area will be Delaware, Maryland, and Virginia’s Eastern Shore.

Prior to joining The Land Group, Collin spent twelve years leading sales for successful startups in the Association and Event Tech space.  His love for hunting and the outdoors led him to purchase his own farm in Cambridge, Maryland.  Through the management of his farm, Collin has garnered experience and knowledge of state, federal, and many non-governmental conservation organizations and programs.  His network throughout the Chesapeake region serves his clients well in the land brokerage and consulting business.

A graduate of Salisbury University Perdue School of Business, Collin is a fierce competitor and former team captain, two-time NCAA DIII Men’s Lacrosse National Champion, and two-time All-American product of the lacrosse powerhouse.
