In Megyn Kelly’s Fox News report about the tragic event in Roanoke, where a news reporter and her cameraman were shot and killed, toward the end of the hour she had a liberal from Obama’s W H, as well as a lady who supports the 2nd Amendment. Of course, the liberal wants more gun control as if one more law on top of the 23,000 already on the books will keep felons and nut cases from obtaining guns. The killer yesterday passed the great background check in VA as did the mad man at VPI. Besides yesterday’s sad event the last two notorious murders were done by people who passed the background check due to bad record keeping by the FBI. Following the murder of the pretty woman in San Francisco immediately a liberal on TV called for more gun control. What good are gun laws when deportees are permitted to keep returning and then steal a service weapon from a real estate agent (BLM agent) left in a parked car? The lady last night put her finger on the problem and I have tried to lie this out for my elected “representatives” but they really don’t have the time to protect the public. The crux of the matter is that the laws are not being enforced.
People in charge are not doing their jobs and we are subject to mayhem. The lady pointed out, as I have, that many people perjure themselves on the federal form required to purchase a weapon BUT virtually NO ONE is prosecuted. Felons are running loose with guns, some full automatic, even right here on the Shore and in truth we are not coming to grips with this problem. We have an Exile Law that is rarely or never used. When a felon is caught with a gun our wonderful BATF should force the criminal to say where he got the gun and if someone knowingly sold or provided that weapon, as in the case of BATF selling guns to the drug cartels, they should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law.
Some things are easy to figure out as in “straw purchases” of guns to then be sold to criminals. Since we have a background check for each gun we buy and the state police has a computer with all the info as to these checks, it should be a lead-pipe cinch to pull up people who are buying a large number of guns and go have a “conversation” to see where all those guns are going. As that lady said we don’t have a “gun problem” but we have a problem with our culture going down the tube with abortions (legal murders) and violence in games on the computer, violence in movies, TV and music(?). We have a huge problem with “our” employees sitting on their fat butts watching porn all day on our computers and NOT doing the jobs we pay them to do!
It just keeps getting worse and it’s disgusting. Now we find government employees using our computers on our time “hooking up” through Ashley whatever. The DEA being “friendly” with drug dealers in South America and scandal after scandal with the Secret Service, the V.A., IRS and I guess throughout every agency. Except for the military, which Obama is bound and determined to destroy, we could probably reduce the government by 90% and never know the difference!
