  1. Mr. Hernandez is a breath of fresh air, one I think we really need.

I’m sure Mr. Bloxom is a nice guy and all but I just don’t see him working nearly as hard as Mr. Hernandez to really understand what the district needs. So much needs to be addressed. Coastal flooding, economic opportunity, education funding … Mr. Bloxom and his friends in Richmond haven’t delivered. After that awful shooting in Virginia Beach, we should have at LEAST make some basic progress on gun safety (universal background checks). Mr. Bloxom and his party wouldn’t even have that debate and shut the special session down with no action.

Mr. Hernandez will do a much better job, in my opinion. He’ll certainly put a lot more effort in than Mr. Bloxom does.

  2. Hearnandez is from San Francisco. They have a big problem. They allow people to deficate in the street. So now they are worried about the plague. It’s 2020 and San Francisco is worried about the plague. That’s the mentality he’ll bring to The Eastern Shore. No thank you.

    1. I have read about the bubonic plague 1900-1904 in San Francisco and other places . But nothing recent in San Francisco .

Do you have recent news about a plague there now ? Do you have a link or reference ?

I have several relatives there including children that I should warn of this is not a partisan political lie .

  3. So we have this guy come to the shore having never lived here. Half his money comes from outside the state. What does that tell you? Who owns this guy? Of course the usual dyed in the wool Democrats endorse him. They want to turn the state blue. Don’t be fooled. This guy is no friend of the Shore.

    1. Virtually ALL Bloxom’s money comes from outside of the district. Special interests, political cronies, and PACs own that guy.

      Glass houses, Dave.

  4. Hernandez was born and raised in Hampton Roads, went to William & Mary, then attended Law School at UC Berkeley. Just because he went to law school in CA doesn’t mean he’s not from Hampton Roads.

  5. Make all the excuses you want for Falsehood Phil. I would rather have someone who has done good works in the community for a few years and has earned their local creds. The Shore does not need an AOC!
