Lynwood Lewis has officially announced his re-election bid in Senate District 6. Lewis filed all the paperwork necessary to be on the ballot for June 11’s Democratic Primary.
It has been one of the great honors of my life to serve the District where I’ve grown up, worked and raised my son. I’m proud to serve the people and the communities of the Eastern Shore, Norfolk, Mathews County and Virginia Beach in Richmond — and I hope I’ve made my constituents proud, too.
I’m asking for your support to keep doing the work that has proven valuable for the constituents of the 6th Senate District. I look forward to continuing to fight for our public schools, our educators and our students, leading on solutions for sea level rise and being a voice for the unique challenges that exist within urban and rural coastal communities.

I don’t expect a whole lot from politicians. A bunch of blowhards. I just hope for the best, and rarely seem to get it. This time around, if a guy from my district doesn’t come out and PROMISE he will vote down infanticide, and scream it loud and clear, I’d vote for a basket of clams first.
We have a political party that opposes our very existence as a sovereign nation, plus the additional corruption that money can buy. As long as the Democrat Party exists there will be no balanced budget and no real border security. If we build a wall, the moment the Democrats have the political power to do it, they will tear the wall down at our expense. They are a domestic enemy, and unless we face that fact and deal with it, we will continue down a road of slow destruction.

you lost our hospital (my wife died because ambulance took 45 minutes hour to get to my house), schools are crumbling, low student test scores, low teachers pay, no housing, businesses moving out, corrupt board of supervisors, no fish in the bay, get nothing for my taxes, all shopping and medical are across the bay at a hefty bridge fee, and you want my vote, no way my friend I’ll select Randell instead maybe , just maybe he could change the county around. All you politicians from Governor on down are stupid. your all in it to see how much you can steal from the taxpayers.
