The following Certificate of Appropriateness Applications were reviewed on July 10th 2023:
- 542 Jefferson Avenue – Modification to an Approved COA for porch columns from turned
spindle to square – APPROVED - 2 Monroe Avenue – After the Fact Approval COA for covering a rear door and installing an
outdoor shower – APPROVED - 10 Peach Street – After the Fact Approval COA for replacing the front original wood door
with new style wood door – TABLED until applicant could attend meeting - 646 Tazewell Avenue – modify the style of the existing balusters, handrail, and bottom rail
of the front porch and steps – APPROVED
Page 7 of 9 - 301/305 Mason Avenue – Modification of an Approved COA to cover unrepairable historic
mural with stucco, and for an After the Fact Approval COA for covering original masonry –
APPROVED only for stucco of building. Any other design modifications (such as to the
proposed railings and balconies) need to be detailed in a separate modification COA
application to the HDRB
