Lot 4 Holdings, LLC, and its Managing Principle Lance Marine will present the latest updates to the proposed Workforce Housing project (Bay Crossing). The presentaion will be during the Town Council Regular Meeting on December 15th at 6:30.
The town has been working to remove several obstacles, including several proffers on the Keck Property lots off of Old Cape Charles Road.
The project will need sewer and water, and that will come from Cape Charles.
The proposed development will also be a Planned Unit Development (PUD), which will include its own PUD ordinance, including buffers, roads, entrances, and other protections.
