The Northampton County School Board will hold a public hearing on the FY 2017 School Board Budget Proposal on February 16, 2016 at 6:30 p.m. in the Northampton High School Auditorium, 16041 Courthouse Road, Eastville, Virginia. This informative presentation will be an overview of what is included in the budget proposal. The public and staff will have an opportunity to make comments concerning the proposal. The School Board will hold a work session immediately following the information session.
The School Board urges citizens to come out for the public hearing. This critical meeting will set the agenda and landscape for the what the School Board will bring to Board of Supervisors as they also begin work on the FY 2017 County budget.
