A public notice has been issued regarding an abandoned watercraft located at the Cape Charles Yacht Center.
According to the notice, the vessel has been left for more than 60 days on the property of Cape Charles Yacht Center, operated by Cape Charles Marina LLC, at 1011 Bayshore Road in Cape Charles. The marina can be reached at 757-250-2913.
The watercraft is described as a 26-foot Hunter sailboat, white in color, with an unknown year of manufacture. The hull identification number is listed as HUN50323M766-2.
If the vessel is not claimed and removed within 30 days of the first publication of the notice, an application for watercraft registration and title will be made in accordance with Section 29.1-733.25 of the Code of Virginia.
