The results of the 2022 Community Strategic Plan Survey are in and are presented for your review. 452 surveys were submitted. Regarding the big question, “is the town maintaining its small-town character”, 87% said yes, however, there were only 17 responses. Some felt that we have lost the town’s character, focusing too much on tourism, putting business and money in front of quality of life. The biggest threat was seen to be the number of short-term rentals in town (go figure).
