The Nature Conservancy is seeking applications for a spring/summer Coastal Conservation Technician to assist science and conservation staff with program activities at the Virginia Coast Reserve. The 10 week position will begin in May or June 2018 and is based on a Tuesday through Saturday schedule. The technician will assist with stewardship of beach nesting birds on barrier islands, marine habitat restoration, education and outreach events and preserve management.
Basic qualifications include high school diploma and experience working outdoors.
