Town Council approved a new first floor, handicap accessible residential unit at 718 Randolph Avenue. The unit is part of a new construction building behind an existing commercial street structure. According to the application, there will be no change to the square footage, or look and feel of the structure. Staff notes that there will also be sufficient off street parking available, and that the unit will not add residential density to the area.
