The Town continues to mull the AQUA unsolicited proposal to acquire our water and wastewater facilities.
The process requires that the Town must first adopt formal procedures associated with the PublicPrivate Education Facilities and Infrastructure Act (PPEA).
Town Attorneys continue to work out the details.
Once this process is complete, the proposal will be brought before Town Council for approval.
