Cape Charles – The Town of Cape Charles has hired Meadow Noonan as part of the Public Utilities staff in the role of water plant operator. Meadow has a Masters Degree in Environmental Sustainability, worked as a graduate assistant in greenhouse and garden management, and served in the U.S. Peace Corps in Senegal.
