  1. For some clarity When speaking of “the trail”, which trail does this refer to? The trail from CBBT that runs to Capeville Rd.? This can’t be the case because it is a good three miles from Capeville Rd. to Food Lion. Is there a bike trail from Cape Charles to 13? If that is the good work because it was built overnight.

    1. Phase III would run from Capeville Rd to Food Lion area (Rt 13 intersection at Stone Road, east side of Rt 13). The town council just supported Phase IV running from Cape Charles to the intersection (crossing at new light going in at FL).

  2. This trail really should be connected into the new YMCA location and also with plans for the “Rails to Trails” conversion of the railroad tracks. With these three major projects happening, it would be incredible to get some better pedestrian crossing (maybe overpass ) right at the Cape Charles light. What an incredible and safe tourist improvement that could make.

  3. Speaking of the YMCA, what is up with that? Have seen zero on the ground progress in months. Was supposed to be finished by January.
