Voting is now open for Coastal Virginia Magazine’s 2026 Best of Coastal Virginia, giving residents across the Eastern Shore an opportunity to recognize the businesses they believe stand out as the very best in the region.
The annual readers’ choice program highlights locally owned restaurants, shops, service providers, and attractions throughout Coastal Virginia. Community participation plays a key role in helping small businesses gain regional exposure and continued support.
Organizers encourage Eastern Shore residents to take part, noting that every vote helps showcase the strength, creativity, and resilience of the area’s business community.
“This is your chance to highlight which Eastern Shore businesses you believe are truly the best in the region,” the magazine said in its announcement. “Support from local voters directly helps our business owners thrive.”
Voters are reminded that the Best of Coastal Virginia survey is separate from Virginia Living Magazine’s Best of Virginia voting, and participation in one does not count toward the other.
The online ballot allows readers to select their favorites across numerous categories, including dining, shopping, professional services, health and wellness, arts, and tourism.
Residents can cast their votes now through Coastal Virginia Magazine’s official voting platform.
Vote now and help put the Eastern Shore’s best businesses in the spotlight.
