  1. Lovely to meet such a positive, engaging little girl. She is a great ambassador for our town. This was well written and beautifully photographed. Thanks for introducing us!

  2. Everleigh, what a wonderful article!!! Uncle Jeff and I went to Cape Charles for the very first time last summer (2019) and stayed at the Bay Haven Bed and Breakfast…..loved it!! We also enjoyed Shanty’s, Brown Dog and the Shaved Ice!!
Thank you for sharing your experiences in Cape Charles in such an honest, sweet and enthusiastic way!! This should boost their ratings/reviews in a huge way!!
You’re just AWESOME and a LOT CUTE!!

  3. From the mudra in the top photo, she also appears to be a yoga adept!

    Great to see!

    Hope for the future, indeed.

  4. Everleigh is a very special little 8 year old girl!!! Sweetest child you will ever want to meet and if she had all of these great things to say about Cape Charles, you best believe them!

  5. Everleigh,
Enjoyed reading about your visit to Cape Charles. Sounds like you will have many cherished memories and priceless photographs.

  6. I loved the article! I agree Cape Charles is a great place to vacation! I was born and raised in Cape Charles and I have had a lifelong Cape Charles address! I enjoy a staycation each summer when my sister comes home to vacation! She rents a house in Cape Charles and we reminisce and make new memories with our children and her grandchildren and our extended family! We have a great time and we all enjoy the shops, golf carting, seafood, Brown Dog and of course the kids enjoy the beach! This summer we had a family wedding in front of the LOVE sign so special what a beautiful celebration of love! A great place to live and a great place to share with others who want a great vacation!

  7. Everleigh Belle Epps is also affectionaly known by family as Evie Belly’. Evie is my granddaughter and she is such a sweet and happy child who loves nature and definitely looks forward to family visits to Cape Charles each summer. I would not. E surprised if Evie became an author and wrote about her childhood visits to Cape Charles or an artist who paints seaside nature and way of life on the Eastern Shore, especially life in Cape Charles!
