One goal on the Woke left is to co-opt the Holocaust completely and make it about black suffering. First, they’re already doing it with by using drug addict Floyd’s death as a means of “universalizing the Holocaust.” Second, it’s more or less all they do, a little at a time. Make everything about that.
Wikipedia states that a fundamental view of Critical Race Theory is historical revisionism. They rewrite history to make it about black suffering at the hands of other groups. That’s all throughout their literature back to the beginning, with Derrick Bell.
Revisionism is, in some sense, the reason Critical Race Theory came into existence. The “gains” (Great Society entitlements) following the Civil Rights Acts we’re slowing in the 1970s, some paranoid Crits decided it must have all been a ruse and started rewriting that history.
Case in point, the 1619 Project, which is a “critical historiography” (not history) meant to overwrite, then rewrite, American history to be a continuous tale of black subjugation by other groups instead of something Americanism enabled us to overcome.
Also, “universalizing” the Holocaust, by pointing out how its either really about black suffering under the Nazis or about how black suffering is erased by privileged white Jews like Ann Frank, a common point raised by the woke leftist activists.
Pushing George Floyd into the Holocaust Memorial, where he doesn’t belong is the apex. It will slowly continue so long as we keep allowing it until the story is more about how privileged whites and Jews oppressed blacks.
Jews, now considered “white” by Critical Race Theory, will become a problem for this narrative, and it will be taken as further oppression in line with that long history of oppression to “recenter Jews” in the Holocaust.
What happens next in countries like the US depends a lot on how much power the Critical Race Theory activists have acquired. If it’s only cultural, Jews will just be shut up, silenced, and randomly attacked. If more, it could be ghastly. Israel, though, is another matter. Israel is given absolutely no love by Critical Race Theorists. Most people don’t realize that Critical Race Theory is deeply enmeshed with BDS and funded by radical Islamists.
If Critical Race Theory gain enough power to become fully hegemonic in the West, especially the US, there will absolutely be a genocide by Palestine in Israel unless Israel can fight its way out of it (nuclear war?), and another diaspora will ensue.
Critical Race Theory poses the biggest threat to Jews today, and almost no one is willing even to speak up about it or to try to fight it.
