Thirty-two of Dickie Foster’s lots in Cape Charles, Bay Creek, are being sold at auction by Northampton County. The reason for the sale is to recoup back taxes.
The auction is Aug 2 at the County Courthouse.
The 32 lots, owned by Foster’s companies: Bay Creek LLC, Baymark Construction Co, Eastern Shore Development Co, and HJ Rail LLC, are listed in the “Legal Ads” published in Eastern Shore Post.
