We have a few empty seats at our Eastern Shore of Virginia Weston A. Price Foundation (WAPF) chapter Bone Broth Seminar on Saturday, January 12th at 1 PM in Cape Charles. The demonstration will take about 2 hours. Our plan is to make three kinds of broth: Pork, chicken, and beef. Unfortunately, you won’t be able to take home any broth as it won’t be finished, BUT, we’ll have a giveaway of broth we made at our February chapter meeting. Our goal is to understand the health advantages of bone broth and become familiar with how to get the broth started. At the end of the seminar we’ll walk through how to finish and freeze the broth.
If you’d like to attend, send an email to karengreergay@gmail.com for a chance to attend the seminar.
