I am still such a neophyte to ESOV’s ways of conducting local government affairs — I hope you’ll forgive my asking: does this Board Resolution translate to what in NOVA amounts to an approved Bond Referendum…or something more along the lines of a public/private commercial loan agreement,… or something else entirely?

Note: Not a neophyte at all, sounds like you know more than I do. In this case similar to a municipal bond, or General Obligation (GO) Bond.

      1. Care to guesstimate how high your taxes would go up WITHOUT the ‘come here’s’?
No, probably not. That’s why y’all got them expensive water facilities, a given away school, etc……cuz y’all was fishin’ when the pols were playing you.
Step it back a notch or two, buddy, they aren’t your enemies.
Or, you can have a town full of $20K homes again, and empty stores on Mason.
