Mr. Stuart Smith has been reappointed to serve on the Harbor Area Review Board. His term was due to expire on
December 20, 2021. Mr. Smith expressed his interest in continuing his service on the Board for another term.
Note: The Harbor Area Review Board oversees the Town’s Historic Harbor Area Overlay District. The Board reviews applications for Certificates of Appropriateness (COA) for construction, reconstruction, substantial exterior alternation, razing or relocation within the Historic Harbor Area Overlay District, and makes recommendation to the Town Council for approval or denial of a COA.
The Board meets as needed and consists of three citizen members each serving five-year terms, along with representatives from the Town Council, Planning Commission and Historic District Review
Board.
