The 2022 mosquito spray schedule will begin this month. The town has released a proposed schedule:
• Tuesday, May 24
• Tuesday, June 28
• Tuesday, August 23
• Tuesday, October 25, if needed
Spraying starts at 7:00 p.m. in the Bay Creek neighborhoods, then moves on to the harbor area and historic district. Mason Avenue is exempt from the foggy fun.
There will be no spraying in September due to the monarch butterfly migration. The town asks that you do your part in helping to control the mosquito population by removing any standing water on your property.
