Hi I am Spot, and due to unfortunate circumstances, I have returned to the Eastern Shore SPCA. My former owner regretfully had to pick up more hours at work and wasn’t able to keep me in the home where I was.
I am a 3 year old Husky/Shepard mix. my coat is a medium wiry hair. I am very dog friendly, but will not be able to go in to a home with cats. I am neutered and up to date on my vaccinations.
I currently weigh in around 60 pounds.
I enjoy cold weather the most, because of my coat and breeds and some of my bio pics may show me trying to catch snowflakes!
I am affectionate, and energetic. I do okay on leash walking. I enjoy playing fetch. I really like people. I do get bored easily, but I am a lot of fun! I will do fine with older children in the home.
If you think you may interested in adopting Spot you can do a kennel walk through any Tuesday-Saturday 10am-2:30 pm.
*Please note we do not have any same day adoptions OR meet and greets with dogs, an approved adoption application is required for an adoption meet and greet to be scheduled.
You can pick up an adoption application while you are here. You can also email us and ask that an adoption application be attached and sent back to you at shorespca@gmail.com or print one out on our website anytime at www.shorespca.com
You can call the office any Tuesday-Saturday from 10am-3pm with any questions at 757-787-7385.
