CAPE CHARLES, Va. — The Rotary Club of Cape Charles is issuing a final call to artists across the Eastern Shore and beyond to participate in the upcoming Central Park ArtWalk, set to take place May 17 and May 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. in the heart of Cape Charles, Virginia.
The two-day event will transform the town’s Central Park into an open-air gallery, showcasing a diverse array of visual art in both two- and three-dimensional formats. Organizers are encouraging artists of all styles and experience levels to register and be part of this community celebration of creativity.
Registration is $50 and non-refundable. Participating artists will have the opportunity to compete for $250 cash prizes awarded to the Best-in-Show in both the 2-D and 3-D categories. The event will be held rain or shine.
“The ArtWalk brings together talent from across the region and provides a unique opportunity for artists to connect with the public in a beautiful outdoor setting,” said organizers with the Cape Charles Rotary Club.
