CAPE CHARLES, Va. — The Cape Charles Police Department reported its weekly activity, including routine patrols and a range of calls for service across town.
Officers conducted building checks, issued traffic summonses, followed up on code violations and completed foot patrols as part of regular law-enforcement duties.
Police also responded to a variety of incidents, including a report of someone camping in town limits, a business alarm activation, and a fight in progress. Calls included loud-music complaints, vandalism, a roadway hazard, and a reported fraud case.
Officers handled two trespassing complaints, assisted EMS, dispatched wildlife, and helped with a vehicle lockout. They also responded to a domestic dispute, two unsecured-door calls, and reports of a suspicious male in two separate incidents.
The department additionally investigated a report of a stolen trailer tag.

We submitted ours (2) on the first day it came out. I guess council is looking for "better" answers!
