CAPE CHARLES, Va. — Bruce Brinkley, a long-serving member of the Cape Charles Building Code Board of Appeals, has been reappointed to the Building Code Board of Appeals. His current term expired on September 10, 2024. Brinkley, who was originally appointed to the board in November 2011, has continuously served the town for over a decade.
Expressing his interest in continuing his service, Brinkley hoped to remain a member of the board, which plays a critical role in overseeing appeals related to building code enforcement in the town. His extensive experience and commitment to Cape Charles have been noted by local officials, who will soon decide on his reappointment.
