  1. You cannot have something like this without proper and constant maintenance anyway. Parents of any child getting hurt should be suing the town immediately.

  2. I sure miss that old water fountain.
    Now I guess Cape Charles can be held liable for failure to properly maintain their water park.
    I don’t recall anyone getting hurt by that old water fountain. But it had the same problem as the water park. No maintenance! Which by the way is the same for the restroom around town.
    Kind of like a pattern with the town.
    I can’t wait until the bicycle path gets finished.
    Oh wait, more law suits because the town is negligent in their responsibilities for not maintaining their tourist amenities.
    I told you so! LMAO

  3. Splash-Pad? Why can’t they splash in the Chesapeake Bay? You people should be ashamed of what you have done to Cape Charles.

  4. I have videos from two years ago, of our little grandson and his dad running around the fountain, on that splash pad. Maybe something has changed, as far as the cleaning products or process used.
