CAPE CHARLES, Va. — Runners, walkers, and families are invited to lace up their shoes for the Cape Charles Love Run on Saturday, April 25, featuring a 1-mile, 5K, and 10K run/walk through the town’s historic streets.
The event welcomes participants of all ages and fitness levels, whether aiming for a competitive run or a leisurely walk through one of Virginia’s most scenic coastal communities.
Participants will wind through Historic Cape Charles, taking in the town’s charming neighborhoods, waterfront views, and springtime atmosphere. Organizers say the event is designed to be both active and community-focused.

After crossing the finish line, runners and spectators are invited to stay for a family-friendly after-party, offering a chance to celebrate, socialize, and enjoy the community spirit that defines Cape Charles.
Registration details and a QR code for sign-up can be found on the event flyer above.
The Love Run is expected to draw both local participants and visitors, adding another community-centered event to Cape Charles’ busy spring calendar.
