Abercrombie Pufuffnick says
This is not a big deal but,
110 calls for service and 40 Golf Cart
interactions…
Do “Interactions” include impaired, reckless, improper, illegal, aggressive, underage or just stupid driving?
Are the drivers given tickets?
I have observed golfcarts doing most of these things.
Are folks driving golfcarts given a pass?
Just curious…
Doug Luther says
Interesting question.
Maybe Chief Pruitt can explain.
Are these interactions violations of Virginia’s traffic code?
Warn, summons or arrest … Chief.
Or is the Chief counting traffic infractions and parking tickets as also golf cart interactions? You know, to padded the books to make it look like he’s really working on the problem with the golf carts.
Only the chief can answer this.
It would put an end to all this speculation of what actually is an golf cart interaction.
Well Chief, are you going to answer to the people of CC and surrounding areas?
