Racial and bias based profiling is an issue facing police forces in many communities. In addition to targeting racial groups such as the African-American community, racial and bias profiling also affects a broad range of sub-cultures, including gender based, religious, physically and mentally challenged, as well as socio-economic features. Racial and bias based profiling is humiliating and degrading–it is also unconstitutional.
