The Town of Cape Charles is planning to update the zoning ordinance that addresses Parking Requirements, Loading and Unloading, and Off-Street Parking and Loading Requirements. These items will be discussed at the next Special Meeting scheduled for February 6th at 6:30.
The proposed updates hope to help staff and developers easily interpret and implement the off-street parking and loading requirements of the Town.

L – Provisions for off-street loading
M – Dumpsters
