The Town is once again using its Virginia Municipal League Insurance Program to review a pending lawsuit. The Cape Charles Mirror contacted the Town about the suit details, however, after contacting the Town attorney, they were unable to release any real information. At this time, all that is known is that the lawsuit has to do with real estate valuation.
