Mark Cuban, owner of the NBA Dallas Mavericks issued this statement on Friday, “25 yrs when 2020 is reviewed in history classes, no one will discuss the cable-news shows, the President’s or anyone’s tweets. Students will learn who among us stood up for what is Just, Right and Fair. I’m proud the NBA and our players will be central to that conversation.”
Alternately, people will remember the spoiled millionaire athletes and billionaire owners cosplaying as “activists” with their performative woke social signaling, but caving the moment it could hurt their bank accounts. They’ll also remember them carrying water for the Chinese Communist Party.

Imagine a man forcefully penetrating a woman’s vagina and telling her she smells like she’s been with other men. Then that man physically assaults police officers, goes for a knife—and is somehow subsequently worshipped as a victim of injustice. Jacob Blake had an outstanding warrant for literally “grabbing a woman by the pussy” and telling her she smelled like she had been with other men. Why do athletes like Lebron James perpetually use their platform support criminal men who victimize black women?
Weening off, even canceling sports entertainment would result in a net benefit for civilization and men in particular. We went from regarding bread and circuses as a tool of the ruling class to deceive the masses, to actually embracing bread and circuses as a positive good.
Hard-core fans will still feed their addiction, but many in the middle, those that really provide the financial support for these leagues, are abandoning sports entertainment. They associate this movement with violence, burning, looting, death, and ignorance. They are tired of being called racist, because they did nothing wrong except to try and live a good life, working hard and trying to support their family.
The demise of sports entertainment may seem trivial, but there is much more happening under the surface.
Eric Kaufman recently wrote, “Statues toppled, buildings renamed, curricula “decolonized,” staff fired. The protests following George Floyd’s killing have emboldened cultural revolutionaries in America and Europe. The iconoclasts are changing minds, and could be in a position to enact a root-and-branch reconstruction of America into something completely unrecognizable to its present-day inhabitants. Imagine a country whose collective memory has been upended, with a new constitution, anthem, and flag, its name changed from the sinful “America” to something less tainted. Far-fetched? Not according to data I have collected on what liberal white Americans actually believe. Only a renewed American cultural nationalism can resist it.”
But, are rioting mobs of human garbage up to the task? Kaufmann forecasts the success of this “second American Revolution” because it is enthusiastically backed by the liberal, upper-middle class. The attempt to put Kelly’s pub out of business by work come-here illustrates this.
Face it, the American bourgeoisie is forced to endorse actions of their idiot children’s iconoclasm because it has given them the intellectual weapons to rationalize such activity. To be sure, parents have paid good money for these weapons in college tuition.
The radical left certainly requires the support of moderate members, but this is a most dangerous game. The English Independents ditched the Presbyterians, the French Jacobins guillotined the Girondins, the Russian Bolsheviks sent the Mensheviks to the gulag. The American upper-middle class who would do well to remember this.
The riots in favor of racial justice (whatever that means) is curious, and Portland is an example. Portland is probably the whitest city in America–you could walk around for weeks and never see a person of color. The majority of these BLM rioters are actually white kids.
Is it really about racial justice, or destruction. Martin Luther called people like this Schwärmer, or “fanatics.” Luther was furious, and saddened when he learned a violent mob of Schwärmer had torn down Wittenberg’s religious images in his absence, he was horrified. “This is to do away with the images in a Karlstadtian manner…to make the masses mad and foolish, and secretly to accustom them to revolution.”
Seems about right.
Modern America has the Big Daddy syndrome: Secular humanists, who have drifted from their religious and ethnic roots, have created a new Jehovah out of string and wax.

Saint Bartholomew’s Day Massacre
King Charles IX of France, under the sway of his mother, Catherine de Medici, orders the assassination of Huguenot Protestant leaders in Paris, setting off an orgy of killing that results in the massacre of tens of thousands of Huguenots all across France.
Two days earlier, Catherine had ordered the murder of Admiral Gaspard de Coligny, a Huguenot leader whom she felt was leading her son into war with Spain.
However, Coligny was only wounded, and Charles promised to investigate the assassination in order to placate the angry Huguenots.
Catherine then convinced the young king that the Huguenots were on the brink of rebellion, and he authorized the murder of their leaders by the Catholic authorities.
Most of these Huguenots were in Paris at the time, celebrating the marriage of their leader, Henry of Navarre, to the king’s sister, Margaret.
A list of those to be killed was drawn up, headed by Coligny, who was brutally beaten and thrown out of his bedroom window just before dawn on August 24.
Once the killing started, mobs of Catholic Parisians, apparently overcome with bloodlust, began a general massacre of Huguenots.
Charles issued a royal order on August 25 to halt the killing, but his pleas went unheeded as the massacres spread.
Mass slaughters continued into October, reaching the provinces of Rouen, Lyon, Bourges, Bourdeaux, and Orleans.
An estimated 3,000 French Protestants were killed in Paris, and as many as 70,000 in all of France.
The massacre of Saint Bartholomew’s Day marked the resumption of religious civil war in France.
