UPDATE: The Cape Charles Police Department reports the following: Tyler Charnock of Cheriton has been charged with the following. 1 Shooting in a public place, 2 Brandishing a firearm, 3 Reckless handling of firearm, 4 Malicious shooting. The investigation is ongoing.
Citizens have reported to the Mirror that gunshots were fired in Marina Village Friday night. We are still in the process of gathering information, and hopefully will be able to provide an official report soon.
