The Historic District Review Board approved the modifications to an approved Certificate of
Appropriateness for the proposed signage for the Lemon Tree balcony at 301 Mason Ave:
- Adding a 2’ x 8’ sign on the balcony front
- Attaching a 2’2” x 3’ hanging sign to the side (Strawberry Street) of the commercial building
- Balcony Front with Signage: Wood Facia trim, painted black with gold Stars and trim, Lemon Tree
logo in Gold Metal - Side Hanging Sign: Plastic, wood, metal sign with Lemon Tree logo hanging from a bracket which will
be attached to the building with cement anchors, epoxy, and 3” screws
