Grumpy Old Man says
I want to change my China pattern. Will I be required to apply to the HDRB? I have been using this pattern about 25 years and a lot of plates have cracks and chips. They also are faded from continued use of my dishwasher. I intend to get a very traditional pattern and I need to know the process of approval before I purchase the new pattern. It will be Herend Rothschild Bird set that wii set me back 2,500.00. I don’t want to spend that amount of money and have to smash them all because a member of the board does not like Hungary.

With such a backlog of projects, am wondering why the HDRB only meets once a month?
