Historic District Review Board will hold its Regular Meeting on 8/16/2022 at 5:00 p.m. Here is what is on the docket:
• 504 Bay Avenue – Certificate of Appropriateness to install an outdoor shower on the side of the house
• 1 Fig Street – Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the windows and doors; to modify an existing opening; and to remove and replace the metal roof
• 217 Jefferson Avenue – Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the existing wooden front porch flooring with Trex Composite Decking
• 211 Madison Avenue – Pre-Application/Certificate of Appropriateness to construct a side addition on the existing 2-story single-family home, garage with an ADU; and install a fence
• 325-B Mason Avenue – Certificate of Appropriateness to install a fixed awning above the entrance door and to install a motorized retractable awning over the 2nd story balcony
• 633 Randolph Avenue – Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the front and back doors; and to replace a porch side window with a door
