The Historic District Review Board will be holding its next meeting at the future home of Eastern Shore Custom Carts.
The meeting is scheduled for Wednesday, April 28, 2021 at 10:00. The Custom Carts location is on the left of Stone Road just as you enter the Historic District. There is a sign indicating the location, which is Lots 32-36 on Stone Road.
On the agenda is an Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to replace the front door on a two-story single-family detached dwelling at 119 Peach Street, a Pre-Application for a Certificate of Appropriateness to install a sign on a commercial building at 18 Strawberry Street, and a District design and construction review for Lots 32-36 on Stone Road.
